The Intl. WeLoveU Foundation identifies and tackles environmental concerns while engaging and educating everyone who participates in the cause. Identifying environmental issues, however, requires teamwork; it can’t be done alone. WeLoveU collaborates with local governments and agencies to get the scoop on ecological concerns. Once WeLoveU identifies a project, it’s planning time.
The environment initiative has served numerous communities nationwide by carrying out environmental cleanups, creating parks and green spaces in urban communities, planting trees, eliminating invasive species, reducing carbon emissions, and hosting educational webinars.
Since 2022, the WeLoveU Foundation has planted nearly 1,250 trees and, since 2021, removed 109,116 pounds of litter from the environment.
The Clean & Green Project is a transformation love story. WeLoveU received a grant to fund the revitalization of a century-old lot in Philadelphia into a beautiful green space for the community to enjoy. The brand-new park has a walking path, benches, shrubs, vegetable garden beds, lights, fresh flowers, and a butterfly sensory path. While this is WeLoveU’s first lot transformation, we hope it isn’t our last!
The Clean WORLD Movement is WeLoveU’s environmental protection program that began in 2009. The acronym “WORLD” stands for Water, Oxygen, Region, Life, and Descendants — components of a healthy habitat. Join the movement through a hands-on approach to a cleaner and greener world.
